Temporary Telecommuting Agreement Form

As HSU transitions to operating virtually through the end of the semester, many University employees will be working remotely. The appropriate Vice President, working through supervisors, must approve any telecommuting requests. The approval may be changed or ended at any time, as indicated in the telecommuting agreement. Please read the guidelines on telecommuting for staff and managers
